Players enter a futuristic cyberpunk cityscape choked with pollution and smog. The streets are filled with gangs, drug dealers, and organized crime. However, a Resistance movement has formed to combat the darkness spreading throughout the city. Players join the fight as recruits for the Resistance, using a combination of physical combat, helicopter combat, and stealth to disable operations of the drug dealers and criminal syndicates.

The narrative is interactive, and players' choices shape how the story unfolds. The game utilizes a more subtle "soft" educational approach, showing players how their actions within the game can make a positive difference in the city and inspire others to join the cause. The overall message is one of hope, empowerment and community rebuilding through non-violent means.
